The event will begin with a dry and warm northeast wind off the Mojave Desert on Thursday, which will bring temperatures into the lower 80s in the afternoon. As the wind direction gradually turns counter-clockwise through the weekend, an onshore flow will develop that will bring cooler temperatures. Each day will be a little cooler than the day before, with upper 70s on Friday, middle 70s on Saturday, and around 70 on Sunday. With the onshore flow developing, some fog may be possible late Saturday night and Sunday morning. It's still a little early to say for certain that fog will develop, but if it does, it may affect the Stadium Super Trucks race at 7:20 am, the PWC warm-up session at 8 am, and possibly the Indy Lights race at 8:45 am.
