As we head to the Canadian Grand Prix, we will be right in the middle of a change in weather patterns. A large Low pressure system will be moving southeast over the site Friday bringing scattered showers to the area. These storms could develop into thunderstorms so surveillance will be necessary. Winds will be moderate and gusty throughout the day into Saturday as will with the passing on this Low.
The bright side is that with this 'Frontal passage' comes beautiful, dry weather behind it. Saturday presents a clear day with moderate winds and mild temps as the pressure gradient heightens and tightens over the region. Sunday is much of the same with a few more clouds and lower wind speeds making it a prime day for racing. Updates to come as this system develops and as always a metric graphic is posted below...
