No change in the forecast for the weekend with the exception of refinement to temperatures and winds.
Saturday: Skies will be mostly sunny to start, but clouds will begin to increase making it partly cloudy over Road America. There is a very small risk of an isolated shower or thunderstorm, but odds are really stacked against that at this point. The temperature will start off in the mid-60s at 7:00 am and will warm into the lower 80s for the daytime high. Winds will be out of the northwest to east at 4-8 MPH.
Sunday: A near perfect day for the main event at Road America. Mainly sunny skies with only a passing cloud or two. The daytime high will reach the lower 80s after temperatures start off in the mid-60s at 7:00 am. Winds will shift from out of the northeast at 1-7 MPH in the morning to out of the southeast to end the racing day.
Radar is up and running, so we'll track any shower activity that may form on Saturday afternoon, if any form. Have a great night.
