By Scott Martin Up to this point during the week, there really hasn't been any major changes to the forecast for the Pirelli World Challenge at Canadian Tire Motorsports Park. Forecast has really been on point so far, until looking at today's model runs. Saturday could be wet at times, according to the latest run of the NAM4k model run. A disturbance will be moving northeastwardly through the northeastern United States and the extreme southern parts of Ontario on throughout the day on Saturday. Clouds will start to build in during the early morning hours, and rain chances should increase after 3AM. I do not believe the rainfall will be all that heavy, and it will not rain all day. Rain chances should diminish during the late evening hours on Saturday, and skies should be mostly sunny for Sunday. This will be a really close call as the models have the track on the edge of this system. There is a good possibility that this could change and it stays more to the south.
