As expected, showers and thunderstorms are moving into Road Atlanta this morning. Rain amounts through the day are expected to be between 0.5 and 0.75 inches, with up to 1 inch possible if a stronger storm passes over the track. The main window of rain is expected to be from 9 am to around 2 pm. After that, coverage of storms should be more scattered. The chance of rain should end around midnight when a cold front will pass through the area.
