Another issue over the event is the wind. Sustained winds will be 10 to 20 mph Thursday through Saturday, with occasional gusts up to 30 mph. This will create a pretty stout crosswind on the runway portion of the track.
Temperatures will be warm to start the events, with plentiful sunshine providing highs around 80 on Thursday and Friday. With more cloud cover, temperatures will be slightly cooler Saturday and Sunday, with highs in the mid to upper 70s.
