A cold front moves across the area and will lift a warm and humid airmass into the area. Occasional showers and thunderstorms are expected, with some storms having heavy downpours. Amounts up to 1/4 inch are expected, with some places receiving more if heavier storm moves across.
HIGH: Mid 70s WIND: N at 5-10 MPH RAIN CHANCE: 70%
SATURDAY
The cold front weakens and the low pressure system moves offshore allowing skies to become mostly sunny. The low pressure may start to make its way back toward the area during the late afternoon and evening hours, and cause an increase in chances of rain after 7PM. All on-track activities are expected to be dry as of now.
HIGH: Lower 70s WIND: NE at 5-10 MPH RAIN CHANCE: 0%
SUNDAY
The low pressure will not make it all the way back to the area but close enough to increase the rain chances. Partly cloudy skies are expected, with a chance of shower or thunderstorm. Chances look higher later in the afternoon. Winds will start off out of the northeast, but will shift out of the southeast by mid-afternoon. Cross your fingers that the rain-free oval races continue.
HIGH: Mid 70s WIND: SE at 2-5 MPH RAIN CHANCE: 30%
